Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Trurep (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
2. Accounts and organizations
Each account belongs to an organization. The organization owner and any admins they designate are responsible for managing users, billing, and data within that organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Access to the dashboard requires an active paid subscription, billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Paystack. Plans and pricing are described on our billing page and may change with notice. Failure to maintain an active subscription will restrict access to the Service until payment is resolved.
4. Acceptable use
- You will not use the Service to submit falsified location or sales data.
- You will not attempt to circumvent GPS verification or fraud-detection features.
- You will not use the Service to store or process data you do not have the right to collect.
5. Field agent monitoring
Organizations using this Service to manage field agents are responsible for informing those agents that their location and activity are recorded for verification and reporting purposes, in accordance with applicable local law.
For designated delivery driver/rider accounts, the mobile app collects continuous GPS location data only while that driver or rider has explicitly started an active delivery run, and never in the background outside of an active run. This live location data is visible to the driver's employer/organization administrators in real time for delivery and route-visibility purposes, and is retained in accordance with our data retention schedule. Organizations enabling this feature are responsible for informing their drivers and riders accordingly, in accordance with applicable local law.
6. AI-generated content
Reports generated by the Service's AI features are produced automatically from activity data and are provided for informational purposes. They may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete, and should not be treated as a sole source of truth for disciplinary or legal decisions.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
