Request deletion
In the Trurep mobile app, open Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm your request. This submits a request for the entire account linked to your sign-in, including memberships in multiple organizations.
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email kamsikodi@gmail.com with the subject "Trurep account deletion request". Include the email address associated with your account. Do not send your password or payment details.
What happens next
We verify that the request is from the account holder, then delete the account and associated personal data within 30 days. We email you when deletion is complete. Some business, billing, or financial records may need to be retained where required by law; our privacy policy explains our data practices.
