During and after the trial
New self-service field-team workspaces receive a time-limited trial shown on the Billing page. Invited members join the same organization trial; they do not receive a separate one. Contact Trurep support about terms for a managed pilot or signup agreement.
- The trial includes the selected tier’s limits and features; separately billed driver slots are not added automatically.
- The trial does not charge a card automatically at expiry.
- If the trial ends without paid access, operational access pauses, but the organization and existing records remain. An authorized owner or admin can subscribe from Billing.
