Daily allowance
A driver can start up to two deliveries without an active shift per UTC calendar day. The app shows the remaining allowance and reset time in the driver’s local time zone. An active shift allows further starts without using that off-shift allowance.
- Cancelling an off-shift delivery still uses one start.
- A delivery already started can still be completed or cancelled after the allowance is used.
- Starting a shift does not return an off-shift start already used that day.
- The allowance is separate from paid driver-slot and workspace access.
