During an active run
Trurep uses Google Navigation for the active route and voice guidance. It is not a downloaded-region offline navigation system. Google may retain some recent route information during a short connection gap, but map detail, a new route, or rerouting cannot be guaranteed without internet.
- Start the delivery and obtain directions while connected.
- If guidance becomes unavailable, stop safely and use only directions you can verify until connectivity returns.
- GPS samples and delivery records can queue separately from map guidance when the app and device can still capture them.
- Do not treat a cached route line or old manager-map marker as current road guidance.
