Start and end your driver shift

Control when the app shares your duty location with your organization.

Control tracking

  1. On the driver mobile screen, select Start shift when you are ready to be on duty.
  2. Keep the required location permission enabled during the shift.
  3. End shift when you finish duty; check that the app shows you are off duty.
  • Location sharing can continue between deliveries during an active shift.
  • Completing a delivery does not automatically end your shift.
  • Ending a shift stops duty sharing, even if a delivery business task remains open.
  • The map depends on the driver’s phone obtaining and uploading positions; an old point is shown as stale rather than live.
