Start a delivery with directions

Choose a destination, get a route, and begin a tracked run.

Begin a run

  1. Open Deliveries and choose Start delivery.
  2. Select an existing customer destination or enter the required destination details.
  3. Allow location access and accept the navigation terms if prompted.
  4. Wait for directions to load and review the destination before confirming the start.
  • The app obtains a usable route before creating the delivery. If routing fails or times out, retry while connected; the run has not started.
  • You do not need to take the destination site photo at the start. The required arrival check-in happens when you finish the run.
  • A new delivery start needs the server’s access and allowance checks.
