Make a GPS-verified site check-in

Record a customer visit with its location, site photo, and notes.

Record the visit on mobile

  1. Open Check In and select the assigned customer or site.
  2. Allow location and camera access when the phone asks.
  3. Wait for a usable GPS reading and take the required site photo.
  4. Add useful notes, then save the check-in and check its sync status.
  • If the customer is missing, connect and refresh the workspace data before trying again.
  • A submitted visit may be flagged if it is outside the organization’s configured site radius; a flag calls for review and is not, by itself, a fraud finding.

If location or the camera is not ready

  1. Turn on precise location and allow Trurep to use the camera.
  2. Move to an open area and use Refresh location if the GPS reading is old or inaccurate.
  3. If the site has no saved location or the wrong map pin, ask a manager to correct the customer record before treating the visit as verified.
  • Do not use a mock-location app. Simulated positions cannot count as verified visits.
