For managers
- Open Check-Ins or Visit Reviews and find the flagged visit.
- Compare the customer’s registered site with the recorded position, photo, time, and notes.
- Request an explanation or a new visit when more evidence is needed.
- Record a decision or reopen the review if new information justifies it.
- Review actions require the appropriate team-management and activity-view permissions.
- An off-site flag is an exception to inspect, not automatic proof of misconduct.
- A verified return check-in can support a revisit outcome, but it does not change the original visit’s verification status.
For agents
Open the requested review on your own visit, reply with the facts, and perform a return visit only when asked. Keep the original record intact.
