Before leaving coverage
- Sign in and select the correct organization while you still have a connection.
- Let the app finish preparing the customer and product lists you need; check its readiness message.
- Open the assigned customers or delivery details you expect to use, and confirm location and camera permissions.
- Keep enough battery and device storage for photos and pending records.
- A first-time sign-in or a customer not yet downloaded cannot be prepared without internet.
- Offline business capture is separate from full offline road maps and navigation.
