Offline capabilities and limits
- Prepared agents can save check-ins and sales on their phone for later upload.
- Delivery completion and recorded driver locations can queue while offline, subject to device permissions, app state, and available storage.
- Team chat, new assignments, follow-up updates, and live manager location views need the server connection.
- A delivery must obtain its route and authorization while connected before it starts. Trurep does not currently provide downloaded-region offline maps or guaranteed offline rerouting.
- The manager sees the last received location until new samples upload; a stale marker is not a live position.
