Open the run record
- Open Deliveries or delivery history and choose the completed run.
- Review the destination, available products and quantities, arrival check-in, and captured locations.
- Compare the recorded trail with the planned route where both are available, and inspect any review flags in context.
- A location trail can have gaps when the phone could not capture or upload positions.
- A route-deviation indicator is a prompt to investigate; road closures, poor GPS, and legitimate detours can explain differences.
- A recorded delivery remains accessible according to role and branch permissions.
