What activity appears in a report?
Reports summarize activity received for their period, such as customer check-ins and recorded sales. The available figures depend on the team’s workflows and the records that have synced.
Will an offline sale be in today’s report?
Only if it syncs in time for the report’s data window. If a phone is still offline, the office and report service have not received that sale yet.
Can anyone in the organization read reports?
Access depends on the assigned role and report permissions. A manager needs report viewing access as well as a plan that includes AI team reports.
