Delivery tracking software for active runs and completed work

Trurep gives delivery teams a shared view of drivers, destinations and the work carried on each run. Follow location updates during active deliveries, then review the recorded path and delivery details afterward.

Use the standalone Fleet plan for a delivery team, or add driver capacity to a field sales plan when the same business manages both customer visits and deliveries.

What your team can do

Follow active delivery runs

View the driver’s latest reported location and recorded path during a delivery. Contact freshness helps distinguish a recent update from a position that has not been refreshed.

Keep the delivery details together

Connect a run with its destination and applicable products and quantities. This gives the team context for the trip alongside the location view.

Review completed activity

Use delivery history to inspect run details, recorded locations, check-ins and review flags. Compare the planned route with the available trail when following up on a delivery.

Track a delivery from destination to review

  1. Choose delivery capacity

Select Fleet or add driver slots to a field sales subscription, then invite the drivers who need access. Keep products and destinations ready for the team’s work.

  2. Start a delivery run

The driver selects a destination and records the applicable delivery products and quantities. The active run provides the context for its route and location updates.

  3. Monitor progress with connectivity

Review the latest received location, recorded path and route estimate from the dashboard. Live visibility depends on the driver’s GPS permissions, device state and connection.

  4. Review the completed run

Open delivery history to review the destination, products, available trail and any check-ins or flags. Use the record to investigate exceptions and coordinate follow-up with the driver.

Questions about delivery tracking software

Can I use delivery tracking without a field sales team?

Yes. The standalone Fleet plan is designed for delivery operations and includes a platform subscription plus purchased driver slots. Businesses with sales reps can instead add driver capacity to a field sales plan.

Is a driver’s position live when their phone has no internet?

No. The dashboard needs received location updates to show current progress. During a connection gap, check the last contact and location freshness rather than treating an old marker as a live position.

Does delivery tracking provide complete offline navigation?

No. Saved route information is different from downloaded navigation maps. Do not assume that a new route, a detour or current traffic information can be calculated without a connection.

Can the team review a delivery after it ends?

Yes. Delivery history keeps the run’s available details, including its destination, products, recorded location trail, check-ins and review flags. Missing location data remains a gap in the record rather than evidence of a continuous journey.
